[CQ-Contest] UBN relative performance

Dick,

The very information you are looking for (and that I was hoping for as well) 
came out for CQWW in the current issue of CQ contest. The issue was received 
at the HRO store in Anaheim (where I work) today.

I know of no source for equivalent info from ARRL.
