No, but some unofficial dribs and drabs have shown up:
New categories (precedence) would be:
Q - Single Op QRP
A - Single Op Low Power
B - Single Op High Power
U - Single Op Unlimited (any power level - packet allowed)
M - Multi Op (any power level)
S - School Club Station (any power level)
I assume (but don't know) that M & S would be allowed use of packet.
I would like to propose that the Pin and Mug programs be reserved to
categories Q, A, and B.
