[CQ-Contest] New Section

Preliminary comments appear to indicate VO1/VO2(NL) was difficult to
work this past weekend. I am trying to gather some feedback on activity
from Newfoundland & Labrador during SS. If you missed a sweep by
working everthing but VO could you drop me a quick email. I'll post some
stats later this year on activity from our more difficult sections.
