[Amps] 15/10m amplifier problems

Is there any reference documentation on the net on dealing with a tube amps 
which have low output on the higher bands and how to go about curing the 
problem, without a redesign.
I have read measures website and also w8ji, but looking for actual info on the 
mechanics of g1 input to rf output on each band.
