Dave:
Be sure that the band switch knob has not shifted so you know you are trying to
load the right band.
If you are drawing good grid current, then the drive is getting to the tubes.
How about plate current? If that is anywhere near normal, possibly your plate
blocking caps have opened or otherwise gone bad.
Do the tubes show bright color quickly when drive is applied? This would be
another sign that the problem lies in the output network.
