[Amps] Pride DX 300 Amplifier

Hi I just picked up a very nice clean working Pride DX 300 Amplifier, and I 
bought a new Tube for it. The one I got is the 4CX250B. My question is can I 
run the 4CX250R Tube without having to do a Mod on this Amp! Will it work 
without damaging the Amplifier? Thank you for your time>>>RJ
