[Amps] LK450-NTC

I am looking for a manual for this if anyone has it and can scan it then email 
me that would be great.

I am also looking to but it in 110v and take it out of 220v but with no manual 
it makes it hard. I see there is a plug that says 220v on it in the back left 
side on board but that is it.
