[Amps] Henry 2KD-2 Documentation wanted

I have a good friend (Dick K9BWI) who was given a Henry 2KD-2 amp.  The 
power supply is in need of repair and he would like to find someone who 
might have the documentation for this amp.  If you can help him out please
