Ebay has even changed the relative value of a Dentron
GLA-1000 Amplifier. A late version C model just went
for over $400. Plain and B versions are often up and
over the $200 mark now.

I have not had time to revise my Dentron rework text
on the http://sonic.ucdavis.edu Amateur Radio Page,
but I did update both of the Dentron File down load
description pages with some updated text and a few
nice pictures. One picture is of the rare C model.

I've learned of the self proclaimed "designer" of the
Dentron GLA-1000 amps and his Email address
back east. I've been tempted to contact him for
more Dentron History and trivia.

I've been on this gla1000 kick for a while now, along with another amp of
my own. If anyone has a basket case gla 1000 with or without tubes , bad
filters, etc: but repairable, let me know, please???
