Ken, first of all which Alpha do you have?  Three holer or two? If
three  no problem,  if two you first must convert to three holer. The
room between the sockets must be wider than two holer for 3CX800A7s.
They are allot wider than 8874s. You can make metal holder for same or
order the sub frame and sockets from Alpha already wired. Then you can
use outside sockets for conversion. Chuck KG4EOG
