No, is it not the other way around? I always believed " normal " variables
to have a lot of self inductance? Together with the inductance of the
connecting lead from anode to variable are part of parasitic circuits. The
doorknobs have no internal leads and less inductance I always thought. One
question: what about vacuum condensers? My guess is that they have little
self inductance?
