Larry, I built the VHF kit, but did not buy the finals from them. Also
purchased the heat sink and had a chassis made by Byers (QST ads). PC board
was top flight, components were ok, did not like the trimmer caps but they
worked ok. Built an SAU4 module in front of the board so I could drive the
amp with a HT ( 100 mw in for 120 watts out) It's also very linear, fine
for SSB or ATV. They get my thumbs up
