Comments:
Fun weekend - think I got just about all I could out of the station. Low bands
are my achilles heal - hope to get some help from a planned K9AY Loop
installation.
The 6600 receiver really shines when the bands are this crowded. The Maestro is
very well laid out and it was a pleasure to use as SO2R.
Caught the very short EU 15 meter opening on Sunday. Saw all the EU spots
coming into the RBN from the Northeast stations - looks like they had a much
longer opening. A lot of European activity on 160 but could only hear M6T and
G4IIY.
My favorite contest - too bad it's only once a year.
Thanks for the Q's - Hunter K3IE
