Ooops. The score I just sent out was inflated due to the wrong zone
parameter in the log program. See below

My first submission had the wrong score total and QSO points. Evidently
when I set my zone in Writelog I didn't save the file. I don't know what
zone
Writelog used for score calculation, but it caused my QSO points to be
inflated.
I found the error when I went to generate the Cabrillo log. Sheesh! How
embarrassing.
QSO points corrected to 7199.
Most of the rest of my post is the same, with a few edits based on the
revised score. Hopefully the 3830 folks will update it soon.
