>I got up at the ungodly hour of 3:00AM local time excited to work NA on 10
and 15 an there wasn't a sole to be found(echoing what Walt AH6OZ said).
Never did have the great openings to the US like in the Roundup. I would
like to think it was propagation rather than participation. I catnapped and
joined Retta watching tennis and cricket on the tube from 0000Z to 0400Z
and finally found an NA opening on 20M. Later had a reasonable 15M opening
to EU, but 10M never "arrived" and fell asleep at the radio with 1 1/2
hours to go having worked out the bands. All in all it was not the fun
experience that the Roundup was. Thanks to all that pointed ther beams
towards Oz and gave me a "q" and particularly ZS6RVG for calling in with
the African mult. Thanks Walt for 4 bands. Maybe we can do 5 next time!

>I'm sorry there weren't more VK's on, but contesting is just not very
popular here and recently there has not been very much RTTY activity
either(even during ANARTS!).
