Thanks to N4GN for inviting me to guest at his place for SS phone. This was
my first attempt at
2 radio operation...the second radio was good for about 10% of the Qs and
several mults. Focus shifted to completing the sweep for about an hour
Sunday afternoon and from there it was back to rate. Once I got the knack of
it it was great! After this weekend single radio contesting will seem a
little dull and the argument that 2 radio contestors should be placed in a
separate category don't hold water. It's an acquired skill that demands
intense concentration and focus.
