This was a "first" for the VE6SV team in a CQ WW DX CW event !
After doing over 15 years in SSB events, I have to say I enjoyed the
CW event very much. Also, 80% of the team members were together
for the first time as a operating team in M/S.
Some confusion regarding the various "favours" of sending zone information.
But, it made us pay attention to every QSO to get it all logged correct.
Band conditions for us being located at 53 deg north latitude was fair
to good. Still a few hours were we had to wait for the prop to move our
way to work the stations we were hearing. 10M Europe was very slim
pickings, with no central Africa in the log.
On behalf of the VE6SV team, I would like thank everyone for the contest
QSO, CQ Magzine and the CQ Contest committee for making this all
happen,? year after year.
Team VE6SV
