[3830] Multiplier Problem in N2RM & K3LR Breakdown Reports

I'm not sure how if any you noticed, but many of the breakdown reports 
(the hourly QSO/multiplier listings from CT) have seriously 
under-reported multiplier totals compared to their Summary reports.

I assume 'LR and 'RM are using a different version of CT than we used at 
W3LPL (CT 9.37).

Sure would be nice to get corrected reports!
