Nice to see some life on 10 meters. Very high QRN on the high bands
during the day made me an alligator, so I CQ'ed less than I wanted to.
Didn't get any real rate going until late in the contest, with a 90 hour
at 0200z (mostly 80 meters.) Spent lots of time listening on the 75A-4,
in preparation for (someday) joining the 2-radio crowd. Usually use
the A-4 to check for band openings, now using it to set up QSO's while
CQ'ing elsewhere. It can be distracting and taxing, but I can see that
if I had a second XCVR instead of just RX, it could be worth more QSOs.
So, I wonder which mfxr will come out with the first "SO2R-ready" rig.
You know, one that can do everything two rigs can do, except only houses
a single flexible transmitter.
