almost 10K. I handled the band transitions poorly, not jumping when the =
rate went to hell. Fatigue, I guess. My 80 signal must have been poor, =
cause I couldn't bust the contact queue on one freq. I listened to about 5=

q's on that particular freq. and couldn't get through. Reminded me of how =

the NASCAR guys lose the draft at Daytona. They also lose about 10 =
positions until they can get back in line.
First time trying to eat dinner during Sprint. Phil came in and set a plat=
e =
of goodies (steak etc) next to the radio. Not a good idea for rate - =
however........
