For the first time ever, I also had keying problems on 40m! An hour
before the contest N1EE called me on the phone for advice -- he too
was having RFI problems with the key line. What in the world could
cause this problem to happen at so many stations? Cured it with many
ferrites, but it wasn't easy. Could it be the new FT-1000MP or something
weird in TRlog?
Line noise was really bad on 20m. I made all my 20m QSOs listening on
an 80m EWE. Apologies to that CT1 who called me that I just could not
pull through.
