Just wondering if anytone else experienced the scenario I did this morning around 1000 UTC. Upon getting on the band this morning the noise level had risen from it's normal level of S3-S5 to S9 +5 an

If that noise is just a short pop occuring every second, it could be an electric fence. If it is a longer duration with a repetition rate of 1 second then it could possibly be a power pole problem (b

Thank you to all who responded with comments on my noise issue. The pulse or intermittent pop is still present with a steady signal of S9 but pulsing to 10 and 15/S9. There is a steady loud frying so
