Hi guys, Recently I have been receiving QSL requests that include an IRC. Many have not been stamped by the issuing poet office. My local post master says that he can not accept them without a seal.

Frank is correct - unfortunately most postal workers around the globe are completely uneducated about the proper use of IRCs or make up their own rules. This is why I much prefer the US $ or even bet
