Looks like a west coast topbander has a stuck key-down on 1833.0. An hour after sunrise, S5-S9, coming from the west, from here in SW New Mexico. I'm sure more DFing would be appreciated. 73, Steve,

Interesting enough that carrier at 1833 was on all night and into this morning. There was a carrier on 1832 the night of the 28th as well all night and into the morning. It is definitely coming from
