I enjoyed reading Jeff's comments and believe he is right on target. It's all about leadership...somebody has to take the torch and run. If some of the highly respected overseas operators on this ban

I agree with Jeff (K1ZM) when he says that folks will soon catch on. Back in the early 70's, before US had operating rights on SSB below 3.8 MHz, all of us in Eu (I was operating G3UBR in those days)

I didn't mean to imply below that highly regarded overseas operators (like ON4UN) would not observe the bandplan. My comment "I know it won't happen" was referring to people who don't observe the ban
