The loudest DX I heard last night was M3LPL.. HI....Bad skimmer decodes for W3LPL. I did work RL3A  and UW2M and lots of Carib and Central America. The band seemed quiet but not that many stations.

Yes there is Roger, RATE ! DX and US/VE stns make the minimum amount of contacts on bands with poor rate to get the most mults possible there and then CQ (or S&P) the more productive bands. Why work
