No experience with the PAR product, but I have used a trio of homebrew moxons in recent VHF contests running QRP portable from northwest NJ. My 6m is made from wire stressed by 4 driveway fiberglass

Regarding the PAR stressed Moxon: I use that antenna at 13' 6" on my rover station. It's mounted on a rotatable mast that allows remote pointing while in motion. It tolerates highway speeds and gusts
