- Expectations are that the radio is going to be expensive, some European stores have it listed at 1500EUR. It looks pretty awesome, and I hope it sells well enough that more companies get back on that

- You are right, no tech reasons for not putting in 222 mhz even at reduced 25 watts power except the monitization of another ham band through a FCC auction process. That is the wall the mfg's are up a

- The pragmatist in me is happy to see interest in continuing to offer SSB / CW radios that cover frequencies over 144 MHz. But yes coverage of bands such as 222 MHz and 902 MHz would be nice. 73 Mark
