You can probably just go for it with that tube, but to be on the safe side plug the tube into the amp and leave the anode B+ connector off.  Let it run 24 hours and then make B+ connection. Sent from

I assume others have answered you already. If it were me, I would maybe leave the plate caps off and run it for a long day, with just the filaments and blower.  Just no plate voltage.  (but, Plate vo
