Hopefully I won't stir up a hornets nest with this question. How high should I elevate my inverted L ? My tower is a 90' guyed and currently, the inverted L goes from the ground (with short radials)

Anyone know of a good article in a magazine past or present on installing a 4 square vertical system for the lower bands 160 - 40 meters? I would like to see info on first putting in 2 verticals then
