Marshall, As I recall N6CA placed 1st Multi in 1987. We were at Mt. Pinos 8800' ASL. Marty Woll, N6VI and I (AE6E at the time) operated the 2M station. My best memory of that operation was working KH

I know that in 1976 our Multi effort did net all 50 states on 6M. The amazing facts are: It was our first VHF contest from our QTH atop Castro Peak (2800' above Malibu, CA) The 6m station was a Yaesu
