Regarding Petr's query, I am also waiting QSLs from TZ6VV QSOs. The op was Larry and my contacts were in 1994 and 1999 (not 160m in my case). I sent the QSL direct to AA0GL and didn't get one back. L

I was advised by a G3 on the PSK reflector that Europe doesn't have allocation below 1810, thus rendering the ARRL bandplan inoperative for weak signal dx work on psk. Can anyone on here confirm tha
