- My guess is the extra processor time required to switch between frequencies. The MP's sub receiver isn't a totally seperate system as it is in the 1000d. Most radios have the same problem especially

- You can use either the packet or Rtty jack on the MP with your kam. If you chose the Packet jack then you must use afsk tones from the Kam. If you chose the Rtty jack, use the fsk lead from the Kam.
