Name here is Larry I am having a problem getting my Cabrillo file to upload to the ARRL for sending my file to. I am using writelog version 12.23J. Here is a partial of my file: START-OF-LOG: 3.0 LOC

Larry, I had the same problem, and it was not a quick fix for my over 1100 Q's. Writelog, for some reason, inserted a serial number instead of (in your case) "MO".  The "1" prior to NW6P in your log

It sounds like WriteLog thinks you are outside the USA. Someone else on the reflector probably knows how to fix this by changing your WriteLog DXCC entity prefix. I don't remember. -- Jim Reisert AD1
