I am trying to get my k1el usb keyer to work with writelog. The keying is good until I fireup writelog and then the weighting goes to very low/choppy. When I close write-log, the keying stays bad unt

John, What are you using to convert the USB to a serial com port? Does WL see that com port? In WL Setup/Ports there are two differnet K1EL keyer selections - K1EL Winkey and K1EL Winkeyer2. Have you

John, Writelog has a set of functions to control the weighting of the keying. The manual will give them to you but if I remember they are: Shift-Page-Up to increase the weighting and Shift-Page-Down
