Randy Like LA6FJA I also use Audacity to record. Make the recording format is set the same in your Windows Microphone Properties and Audicity. Mine is set to 1 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)

Why use and external application to record ?. Just press Shift and the Function key you want to record and start recording on the fly in Writelog. Escape Key to stop recording. Dan -- Dan K0TI ______

Randy, Dan's method works, but is extremely limiting of the DVK functionality in WL. By using Shift+Fn to record messages you can only record messages in the F2 - F11 keys. If you want to use the Shi
