- I have writelog running on an old laptop p133 using the LPT port to send CW to my Ten Tec Omni VI+ -- the problem is the cw 'breaks up' (that is not all letters are sent completely) when sending mess

- Doc, Be sure the computer is not running any other programs with you are running WL. In Windows, do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete and close (End Task) any programs that are not absolutely essential. I run WL on

- You might try keying from a COM port. I had choppy CW on a 950MHz Duron machine via the LPT port that was fixed by using the COM port. 73, Andy, G4KNO Granta CG, M0CAM & M4R
