New PC? What OS? I had the same problem when I got a new laptop with Vista. If your OS is now Windows 7 it probably has the same issue with the sub bands file as Vista did. Basically Windows User Acc

Ok. Thanks for the info. I wonder if I could just have the ini file point to the Writelog \programs directory? Thats where the USA_Extra.Subbands file is. e.g. DataFiles=c:\programs\writelog\programs

I copied your files into the c:\documents and settings, etc. and restarted writelog. Still no joy. Attached are what I have in that folder - one doesn't have a filename (didn't know you could do that

Dick, When you say everything has been running pretty good, does that mean you used to get stuff in the band map or not? You don't mention a DX cluster in your note. Which cluster are you connecting
