This is an interesting topic :) I just do CTRL-S after every QSO... Enter CTRL S for each QSO is my current procedure. Perhaps that "F-Keys" application could be set up to send enter and then ctrl-s?

The main issue saving every QSO is the lag writing to disk when the log gets big. For casual single ops, the problem is not noticeable. For multi and single op "pros" the time lag is quite noticeable

The best way to handle this is to have a "journal" file which stores all WL does maintain a journal file. If your computer crashes for some reason, WL will ask you if you want to save the journal fil
