The 160 contest does not require an exchange for DX stations. WL won't let you enter anything that is not a recognized section name. So you end up leaving the exchange field blank for DX. I suspect t

I have not operated the ARRL 160m contest in a long long time. I just tried Wayne's suggestion in my older version of Writelog. Changing SECT to "Field is required for entry in log" does still allow
