Hi Dean, If I recall correctly you send your state/province but receive a serial number from the DX. That presents no problem as your message will be for sending and you record what you receive. 73 a

Dean, As a US station, your exchange will be a signal report and your state. It does not matter if you work a DX station or station in the US or Canada. See you in the Roundup. I will be at the World
