I've used LPT3 for cw keyinmg with Writelog and DX4Win. For some reason, it stopped working with WL, but works fine with DX4Win. Both run off LPT3 and Win98SE I've checked the set-up but am stumped.

You're ultimately correct... I was, I suppose (and without saying it) asking whether I missed something in writelog.ini (or elsewhere). The Ten Tec specific item (VOX/CW), that's a rig driver issue.
