- To my knowledge AMD does not make a true 64 bit processor. I built my current computer with an AMD Athlon 64 4000+ Dual Core 2.41 GHz Processor without any problems with any amateur radio software. _

- Of course you are right. I was referring to using the AMD 64 processor with Windows XP SP3 32 bit operating system. I have heard that some amateur radio software packages do not work with XP 64. 73 A
