After reading this again I do not get a window that offers to register the XMMT.ocx. I can click on XMMT.ocx then I have to click on TNC setup at the top of the TNC list. This will let me set a path.

Jim I'm using the MKII here as well. I have used 2 different configurations. You can configure your Rttyrite window with the MMTTY.XMMT with Hardware FSK . Then in the MMTTY TX tab select your port.
