Am in RU and am seeing all US/VE Q's as UNKNOWN MULT message in CALL window??...Whats going on. When I open the SHOW MULTIPLIER window under the CONTEST menu there are no Province or State mults show

When i click on CONTEST/SHOW MULITIPLIERS I don't see the MULTIPLIERS window on my screen. I see an icon at the bottom of the screen in the WINDOWS status bar showing the MULT window as MINIMIZED??..
