Import your files into DXlabs ( dxlabsuite.com) in an adif format and use that program to print out the necessary labels etc. an interesting program for DXers that does a lot for contesters too. Tom

does that need the "magic number" on the Icom set to something different. I forget what they call it, it is a menu item and is a hex number like h64 and the radio an the software have to match number

I have tried many usb to serial adapters and some work with most stuff, but I have found the only one that works with everything is the Keyspan 19 HS. they also make a 4 outlet unit. the single usual

You can change the CIV # with a menu setting on the Icom . My 746 pro comes with a hex of H64 and I change it to something else to work with the ICA 2-KL and the AT 500 so they have up to I thing 256
