And Les, there is this rule. Though talking in a park lot (and arranging a contact by conversation) is a very typical "ham" means of communications to most of us , doubt it applies in this case : >)

Les, In my opinion, the ARRL will see a significant "upsurge" of LoTW use when they finally add VUCC support (even in some rudimentary way) to LoTW. That likely means an "uptick in membership" also.

Steve, As you know, resubmitting QSOs with corrected data as often as need be, is fine. If the "newer" input generates a "match" that wasn't there before, you get your confirmation. But remember that
