- Not real sure where tvd got that the Telrex monobanders were not well built, Im currently using a 6 element 20 meter Telerex that wa originally installed in 1978 and it still rocks, Im thinkin there

- Hi Joe, One has to appreciate and remember that typically responders on this reflector and perhaps most others speak as if they've done a national survey when more often their statements are not much

- Good comments, Dave. I thought of another thing to add. Because of the through-the-boom element mounting, it was prohibitively difficult (which means almost impossible) to put the antenna together on
