Is your dipole length, i.e. 110 feet, too short for 80 metres. A quick calculation by me covering 3.5mhz and 3.9 mhz shows lengths of 133 feet and 120 feet respectively. Just a thought, maybe lengthe

Don: I'm aware of that. I just needed to address the limited range of my auto-tuner and trimming the feed line allowed a more favorable impedance. Worked out well. Thanks, Tony ______________________
