I found out today that Fedex want ~$400 to ship a Rohn 25 part. Knowing that I can buy that for ~$120 I found that unreasonable to say the least. Does anyone have any suggestion how to arrange a ship

Are you intentionally looking for the highest shipping rate? I have found freight to be reasonably priced if you take the time to find companies that ship in the area and if you ship to a business or
